to be submitted in the office of migration:
1. Power and application by counsel. The authorization must
include the full name of the person concerned and responsible
in the application must specify all of the attorney general
(office address, telephone number, fax number and PO Box if
any), the general information of the checks that have add
(check number, bank name, date and amount), all documents
are attached and the foundation of law.
2. Check Management Certificate or the amount of $ 100.00
for the National Treasury.
3. Medical certificate of good health, issued within three
(3) months preceding the filing date. The certificate must
have the signature and seal of the doctor's name, code and
registration number.
4. H.I.V. test test (AIDS) held within six (6) months preceding
the filing date. The certificate must specify the method used
and signed and stamped with the name, code and registration
number of the lab that conducted the test. This requirement
shall not apply to minors under 12.
5. Record policing the country. This requirement is only
required if the applicant has less than 5 years of continuous
residence in Panama.
6. Photocopy of passport page where they appear the general
details.
7. Two (2) passport size photos.
8. Original passport, valid for at least six (6) months.
9. Marriage Certificate issued by the registrar, issued within
six (6) months preceding the date of presentation the document.
10. Birth certificate of the wife, issued towards the Civil
Registry.
11. Photocopy of valid personal identification card of the
wife, authenticated by the Civil Registry.
12. Resolution issued by the Ministry of Labor and Workforce
Development (MITRAB) where interest is credited to work in
the country. If at the time of filing the application does
not have the resolution, the applicant may submit a certificate
issued by the MITRAB, which indicates that the permit is pending
or plain copy of power and led to the request by attorney
MITRAB, pending the submission of the respective Once work

13. Working Charter or Charter promise of work.
14. Marriage interview.
Note: All documents issued abroad, must be properly authenticated,
either by the "Apostille" issued by the country
of origin or the Embassy or Consulate of Panama in the country
that issued them and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Panama.
