Under Resolution of the Ministry of Labor and Workforce Development:

1. Power and application by counsel. The power must include the full name of the parents concerned and the application must specify all of the attorney general (office address, telephone number, fax number and PO Box if any), the general comprehensive checks are given (check number, bank name, date and amount), all documents are attached and the foundation of law.
2. Management or certified check in the amount of one hundred balboas (B /. 100.00) for the National Treasury.
3. Management Certificate or check in the amount of five hundred balboas (B /. 500.00) for the Ministry of Government and Justice, as a deposit for repatriation.
4. Medical certificate of good health, issued within three (3) months preceding the date of filing. The certificate must have the signature and seal of the doctor's name, code and registration number.
5. Police record of the country of origin (only where he is less than 5 years of continuous residence in Panama).
6. Police record issued by the Judicial Technical Police.
7. Original passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months.
8. A photocopy of the passport page, showing the general data of the person concerned.

As married to a Panamanian:

11. Resolution issued by the Ministry of Labor and Workforce Development (MITRAB), which proves to work in the concerned country.
