Sell property
To promote your property, these are the requirements and documentation
requirements:
Property title has:
- Certification of ownership issued by the public registry of Panama.
- Photocopy level of the property.
Properties with possessory rights:
- Documentation issued by the department of agrarian reform in
which it is undisputed that such property is in process of certification.
- Photocopy plane of the property.
In addition to these documents photographs of the property and
a description specified where if you have drinking water, electricity,
water alive, type of grass, its dimensions, and so on.
Group Evos requires a contract which guarantees the recovery of
the 5% commission the final sale price if we provided a buyer and
where authorizing Group Evos to show documentation of ownership
over a period of six months. The owner do not acquire any other
